Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Toro de Frenchie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Toro de Frenchie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
