Refund & Return Policy

At Toro de Frenchie, we want you to love your order. Because our products are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Requests

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order by emailing:

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)

Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.

Sizing & Fit

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Items that do not fit as expected
• Personal fit preferences
• Orders where a customer wishes they had ordered a different size

Our garments feature a modern retail fit and may fit differently than clothing you currently own. Actual garment measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds if:

• You change your mind after placing an order
• You no longer want the item
• You ordered the wrong product, color, or size
• You purchased by mistake

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos for review.

Upon approval, Toro de Frenchie may, at its sole discretion, provide:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund

International Returns

As a Canadian-based small business, international return shipping costs can exceed the value of the product.

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, we generally do not require products to be returned to us. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our sole discretion.

Customers should not return products without receiving written authorization from Toro de Frenchie.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender without refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved and a return shipment is required, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:

• Shipping fees
• Duties
• Taxes
• Customs charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Items ordered in the wrong size
• Items ordered in the wrong color
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Items with pet hair, odors, stains, or signs of use
• Items returned without prior authorization

Carrier Delays

Toro de Frenchie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Excessive Returns & Fraud Prevention

To protect our small business from abuse, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse any return request
• Deny suspicious or fraudulent claims
• Limit future purchases from customers with excessive return activity
• Request additional information before approving a claim
